Paying for direct primary care gives you unlimited access to your doctor without surprise bills or insurance hassles. You get same-day or next-day appointments, longer visits, and direct communication with your physician whenever you need it. This model focuses on keeping you healthy and preventing problems instead of rushing through visits when you’re already sick.

Labs, procedures, and medications are not included in the primary care plan but are heavily discounted.
*Additional family discounts at the discretion of Sacred Heart Family Medicine. The Children’s rate assumes at least one adult member. If no Adult member, the first child is $100/month.
